Central Executive Committee

Conducts research, holds seminars and workshops on the history of the Party, its goals, organisation, discipline and other topical subjects. Conducts political training of the workers of the Party. Meet twice a year.
Shall be headed by the Party Chairperson, serve a three years term. Every Central Executive Committee member will pay Rs. 18,000 annually towards the party fund in advance.

This Committee shall function as a policy making body and be responsible for formation of all policies of the Party and for negotiations with other political parties within the goal and manifesto of the Pakistan Peoples Party.

In case of any serious disagreement within the Central Executive Committee the matter would be referred to the Federal Council for decision.

" The Committee will meet a minimum of once every 3 months.

Senior Vice Chairperson : Shall hold meetings of the Central Executive Committee a least once every three months, if the Chairperson is unable to do so.

Shall be responsible for interacting with other political parties subject to approval of the Central Executive Committee.
The Senior Vice Chairperson shall be the acting Chairperson if the Chairperson is not present.
There will be two Vice Chairpersons.

Secretary General
Will be incharge of the Central Secretariat, Islamabad and other places.
The Secretary General will keep the minutes book, all resolutions, records, correspondence and will ensure that the policy decisions are implemented by the party organizations in the provinces. The Secretary General will communicate all Central Executive Committee decisions to all provincial, divisional and district presidents.
The Secretary General will ensure that directions for ticket holders by the Central Executive are implemented through the divisional/vice presidents.

Deputy Secretary General: The Secretary General shall be assisted by two Deputy Secretary Generals.

Information Secretary : The Information Secretary will be responsible for setting up a Media Office.

This office will scan all newspapers and issue necessary statements, clarification, letters to the editors and have articles written expressing the Party's point of view;

The Information Secretary will be assisted by a Deputy Information Secretary;

Treasurer: Will be a person who will pay an amount of fee to the Party determined by the Cen/Prov/Distt.

Also has to collect the annual fees from all the members, and deposit it in the Party account and should prepare a quarterly statement of all the accounts.
